We have a large house with a number of out buildings all needing to be cleaned after autumn and winter. I did it myself for too many years, up aladder with bucket and cold wet hands, and the danger so decided to try Harley and Sons. I explained what areas needed particular attention and none of it posed a problem for them. It was all done in a bit over 2 hours and very efficiently with the vacuum sucker and no mess. So I won't be doing it again myself thanks to Harley and Sons. 😊

Harley and Sons Roofing were very professional. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment once the gutters were assessed. Lachlan arrived early and took less than an hour to complete the job of cleaning them despite the gutterguard covers. It cost a bit more but there was no mess to clean up afterwards and it's great to hear my downpipes flowing once more.

Hardly and some did an excellent job and were easy work with. From day one we felt comfortable with our decision and final product that would be delivered. Harley & Sons did I fantastic job at completing my reroof!I had initially gone with a cheaper competitor who assured me I only needed a roof restoration instead of a complete reroof. Unfortunately this company messed me around for many weeks and misled me as to what work actually needed to be done all while leaving my roof exposed to the elements.Harley & Sons were honest with me from the beginning and my only regret is that I did not go with them from the beginning! It would have saved me a whole lot of time, stress and further damage to my property.From start to finish the process with Harley & Sons was seamless. Dale and Rob did a thorough inspection of my roof and were honest at explaining what was going on. They were very understanding and quick to organise the job when I contacted them a few months later.Kristian the project manager did an excellent job at communicating with me, regularly checking in via both phone and email and also regularly turning up in person to check the progress of the job. Nate and his son did a terrific job working on the reroof and both were very respectful.The link which showed the progress of my job was also a game changer.Highly recommend Harley & Sons!

Generally a very good experience from the initial quote through to completion. All tradesmen were efficient and polite - special shout out to the electricians dealing with our solar panels - and concenred that we were happy with their work.Job completed to an excellent standard and Kristian was always available for updates, etc.Money well spent.

Harley and Sons is such a professional business. The quote was reasonable, the job was clearly and thoughtfully organised and excellent service was provided on the day. I recently organized, seamlessly, my gutter cleaning. From the initial contact to job completion - I could not recommend them more highly. The team should be commended for response time, advice and knowledge. I will organise again next year. It was the advert every morning on 3AW I used as a prompt. If I didn’t fix the problem it could have been catastrophic.

HUGE thanks to the team at Harley & Sons for my fantastic new second storey roof. From start to finish the communication was excellent and the work was to a high standard. Weather caused some delays but the project was still finished extremely quickly. I love going out and seeing the aesthetic difference! I will be using Harley & Sons again when the time comes to replace my first storey roof!!!

Harley & Sons sets the standard in professionalism, quality and customer service. Every interaction that we had with Harley & Sons from quote to handover was first class.We wanted our Colorbond roof and gutters replaced, insulation replaced and solar panels installed. Harley and Sons happily coordinated all three and it all went like clockwork. The Harley roofing team and all the other subcontractors were professional and respectful, my next door neighbor even commented on how polite and considerate everyone was, having needed occasional access to her property. In my mind this speaks volumes about Harley and Sons. Their customer service standards clearly extend to the subcontractors that they work with which is impressive.I spoke with a few of the roofing team over the course of the work and was impressed at how seriously they took their work and how proud they were about getting it right, mentioning finer details of what’s involved to do the job properly and why.The project management of the job was first class. We were always kept informed of progress. Huge call out to Chris and James who couldn’t have done a better job if they tried.The roofing and solar industries have their fair share of shady operators. Have no fear choosing Harley and Sons for anything you need for roofing and roof plumbing.We’ve built great rapport with the Harley and Sons Team over the course of our project, i have to say we will miss them now that it’s over. I think that says it all!Update July 2025The roof has been perfect with no issues. I learned recently that Harley & Sons offer a gutter cleaning service, so I booked a call because we have some trees that deposit leaves on the roof and want to keep our roof and drainage in top shape.Lachlan did the job, and unsurprisingly he brought with him the same friendly and professional service that we've enjoyed from everyone we have dealt with from Harley and Sons. The powerful suction cleaning took about an hour and Lachlan also completed an inspection of the roof and solar panels and confirmed everything was in good shape. I was told to expect a report post the job with photos.This will be part of our routine annual maintenance. Per my previous review, I cannot recommend Harley and Sons highly enough.

Had a very good first experience with Harley & Sons. Shane arrived to provide a roofing quote and advised that it was nothing more than a blocked gutter, which he cleared free of charge. Then explained what work may be required down the track, but that nothing more was needed for now. Will happily give the company my business when the time comes!
