I ended up with Harley and sons because to put it simply they didn't mess me about, when some of the others did. Long story short, we needed a roof restoration and they turned this around in a few weeks. Now my husband says we need to paint the rest of the house and fix it up so it all looks brand new! Definitely worth the investment. 10/10 would use again, but hopefully not for years to come!

Harley and Sons came out today to quote on a roof restoration. I cannot comment on their quality of work, as after explaining the process and that our cement tile cannot be painted, they explained that completing a full restoration is not only currently unnecessary, but it's not possible to paint our roof.They spent a lot of time with me detailing what to look for in needing pointing replaced, and other bits, and also explained that a clean and maintenance would suffice for now, and that all being well, we have many years before needing their services.It's amazing that they were so patient in supplying this info and not interested in simply doing the work because I thought that we needed it!

from the start this has been such a professional job. The quote was very reasonable. Communication with us was first rate. Once the job was done, an independent review was done and a few small "fixes" had to be done before the job was signed off.I would give this company an 11/10 from start to finish. Thank you so much again for giving our old roof a face lift and making it look brand new again.

Its when things don't go to plan that the reputation of a business is truly exposed. My father had his colorbond garage roof replaced. There was a design issue that meant it was not just a simple replace. Things did not go as planned and had to do some follow up work twice to rectify . This is where many stumble in regards to care and customer service, not this company. They fixed the issue and communicated well . To me this is worthy as a 5 star as they were committed to solving and fixing with no stress and annoyance on my side . Thank you .

A seamless experience - I phoned up for a quote and Pete came out the next day. He was so knowledgeable and made me feel very confident. A couple of weeks later a got a message that my gutters were ready to install. The boys did a great job, very neat and polite. We have just had some heavy rain and the gutters were spot on. I have already recommended them to my neighbours who need new gutters.

Quick initial response and quote - friendly staff. Staff on installation day were very friendly and positive. Work was thorough and professional. Particularly grateful for extensive clean-up. Slightly more expensive but I was happy to pay for the professionalism and competent job.

After consulting multiple companies to restore our roof, thank goodness we came across Harley and Sons. They were fantastic from start to finish.They did a wonderful job and definitely know their stuff when it comes to Roofing!, they supported us the whole way through, and pricing is very reasonable. I engaged Harley & Sons in June 2020, to High Pressure my roof, re-seal flashing and cappingI would highly recommend this company.. The boys, worked extremely hard, left the outside immaculate, all debris removed, and to complete a perfect job, thy washed all my drive...i very big thank you Carla D

Rob, Andy, Cam & team fixed our roof leak by replacing the box gutter in a single day. When another leak developed during very heavy rainfall, Rob responded to our SOS very quickly and sent a team out to look that same day. They replaced some roof tiles whilst it was still raining, so that our leaks were plugged. Great customer service and quality work.

We have a 40 year old house in Werribee which was looking tired. The tile roof was cracked with lots of ponting missing. The facia was starting to rot and the gutters were old and neglected.We contacted Harley and Sona and were initially impressed that the person who came to do the quote came exactly to the scheduled appointment and was clear and honest with his apraisal. When we agreed all the gutters were done with new facias and downpipes all in colourbond and looks beautiful. Then we had them do the roof which wasn't just given a quick coat of paint. Daryl and Matt professionally rebuilt the roof to a high standard and then painted it with top quality paint. Thank you guys your workmanship is of the highest order well done. Mark Maloney

I have been very satisfied with the work done by Harley and Sons. I have contracted them on two occasions and have been pleased with their customer service and professional work.They came when they said they would and completed the work as scheduled. In addition, the work teams on each occasion have been cheerful, hard working and skilled. Their price is not the cheapest around but it is reasonable and given their strong customer service (office staff, quote and site managers, site staff) it is good value for $$ spent.

Easy process from the start to finish, with calls from the office (i forget the mans name) to ensure i was kept up to date with details of the works. Took less time than originally indicated. Harleys just finished the Colorbond replacement of the metal tile roof on our Edwardian house in Thornbury. A great job at a fair price. All Harleys people were pleasant and helpful - from Tom the director to the guys who did the actual roofing.No hesitation in recommending Harleys.
