The expert team at Harley & Sons are the best in the business - I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Our old, mess of a roof was an incredibly difficult job and H&S did spectacular work installing a brand new colourbond roof - that we love. Beautiful craftsmanship and technically excellent, paired with professionalism, dedication and honesty.

We required a complete new roof and had no prior experience with such issues. We contacted several contractors, some turned up for appointments, others were no shows and never provided quotes, so we had doubts.We contacted Harley and Sons, arranged an appointment and I must say from the sales process with Jono through to the service and installation with James and Chris they were extremely professional.Project was completed last week on budget and within agreed timeframe, a special thanks to Chris and his team, all extremely polite, and happy to explain and address issues.A much better experience than expected and I can highly recommend Harley and SonsGary from Albert Park

Harley & Sons sets the standard in professionalism, quality and customer service. Every interaction that we had with Harley & Sons from quote to handover was first class.We wanted our Colorbond roof and gutters replaced, insulation replaced and solar panels installed. Harley and Sons happily coordinated all three and it all went like clockwork. The Harley roofing team and all the other subcontractors were professional and respectful, my next door neighbor even commented on how polite and considerate everyone was, having needed occasional access to her property. In my mind this speaks volumes about Harley and Sons. Their customer service standards clearly extend to the subcontractors that they work with which is impressive.I spoke with a few of the roofing team over the course of the work and was impressed at how seriously they took their work and how proud they were about getting it right, mentioning finer details of what’s involved to do the job properly and why.The project management of the job was first class. We were always kept informed of progress. Huge call out to Chris and James who couldn’t have done a better job if they tried.The roofing and solar industries have their fair share of shady operators. Have no fear choosing Harley and Sons for anything you need for roofing and roof plumbing.We’ve built great rapport with the Harley and Sons Team over the course of our project, i have to say we will miss them now that it’s over. I think that says it all!

Very happy with tiled roof restoration from Harley and Sons. Clear communication from the office and some tricky safety rail/scaffolding issues, due to the height, tricky access and complex layout of our roof, were solved. This did mean mean some extra expense for scaffolding, however I will make sure that our next house roof has no gables, less height and easier access! Terry and Paul the roofing guys were excellent at explaining the job and its progress. As well as their obvious roofing skills, they kept the site clean and tidy. We appreciate too, Harley's solution to a part of our roof, where tiles had been running slightly short of the gutter since the house was build 40+ years ago. Looking forward to the restored roof lasting (and looking good) into the future!

The job looks fantastic ⭐️ and have already received lots of happy comments from my neighbours!Both Terry and Paul did a thorough job and Rachael was always available to talk with. Harley and Sons . We have just had a complete roof restoration which involved new fascia, gutters barge capping ,Tile repointing and painting. Need to say a massive thank you to the following, Corey establishing the quote, Jim our on site supervisor who was absolutely fantastic , Rach and Elli admim and anything we needed to know, Scott and Bruce two fantastic tradies who did all our fascias and gutter replacement, Terry Paul and Mark our tilers who did a wonderful job.Not only did they all do a fantastic job but also finished on time as requested. I recently had the team at Harley and Sons replace the gutters on my mum’s home. From first contact through to completion of the job everyone I dealt with were so professional, helpful and friendly. The communication about when workers were coming, materials being delivered etc was fantastic, they kept us informed the whole way through. We had quotes from other companies but Harley’s beat them hands down. The end result was terrific, my elderly Mum couldn’t have been happier with the finished result and the process. I have not experienced the level of service, attention to detail, quality of workmanship and care for the customer for such a long time. If Harleys were running Victoria’s Big Build Statewide projects they would have been finished ages ago and on budget.

My hardwood hidden eaves looked tired and required continuous maintenance. Covering the existing hardwood with colorbond has given my 50+ year old home a face lift and eliminated the need to regularly paint. This was a purely cosmetic job that many companies did not bother to quote on or tried to add unnecessary charges.Harley & Sons were fantastic! From quoting to job completion they provided no bull, great communication, assigned contacts and experienced tradespeople.

I promised Harley & Sons that I'd leave a review upon works being completed back in March 2023. Hadn't committed to it till now; apologies for my tardy follow-up.My family engaged Harley & Sons in February 2023. After quotations and specifications were clarified and agreed to, roofing works commenced and were completed in March 2023.The experience was exceptional.Prior to connecting with Harley & Sons, I had liaised with several other roofing businesses beforehand. Most didn't respond or acknowledge my attempts to reach out. For the few that did, they presented quotes that were significantly higher than what I had anticipated. Needless to say, I was disappointed by what I felt were unprofessional and dismissive approaches.Given those frustrating experiences, I was therefore relieved and pleasantly surprised when I got in touch with Harley & Sons. Communication was responsive and professional; my queries were promptly answered and clarifications were always clearly delivered.Furthermore, the quote was reasonable and, I felt, aligned to market standards. I was aware that the industry was likely in the midst of reconciling the impact that COVID-19 had on cost escalations and industry volatility. Harley & Sons' quote appeared to strike a fair balance between those challenges while remaining competitive.Harley & Sons successfully fulfilled our request for the works to be completed within a specific timeframe. They managed expectations well, attended on time and always showed diligence and consideration, such as providing us a briefing of the works to be performed each day and ensuring they left the site cleaned and tidied.Overall, I felt Harley & Sons were an exception to industry standards. Of all the roofing businesses I had reached out to, Harley & Sons was the only one that successfully struck the right balance between professionalism and competitiveness. Experiences were positive at all levels and from start to finish; therefore reflecting the positive work culture Harley & Sons has likely been successful in implementing.Thank you Harley & Sons for the quality works you delivered and for proving that professionalsm is possible in the business.

Harley & Sons were prompt in organising the quote for replacing the old cement tile roof quoting on metal and tile replacement, and were patient - not pushy while we evaluated against other quotes. I had a great experience working with H&S roofing. Michael, Rachel and Kaylene were all easy to work with. Michael especially went the extra mile to help clean spillage of the roof dirt off our neightbours' lawn as well as help seal up our chimney/sky light.Professional and polite - everything went smooth from start to finish. Harley and Sons completed a renovation on our concrete tile roof last week. They were very professional and have done a great job. The roof looks terific. The office communication from Rob and Rachel is excellent, the young workers who completed the job were polite, efficient and really knew what they were doing. Our Gutter cleaning guy told us we had many broken tiles & the best people to call to replace & restore our roof was Harley & Sons. I gave them a call, got a free quote & saw pics of the many cracked & broken tiles. They sent a scaffolding team to set up, Sean & Wayne followed & they went to work & did a great job, all new tiles, re-beding & painted our roof a beautiful colour to match the accents in our brick. The Boy's were very professional, answered all our questions & worked long hours, l recommend Harley & Sons for all your roofing needs & ask for Sean & Wayne they are the best 😀

Need new gutters, I recommend Harley and Sons.Harley and Sons installed new Colorbond gutters around the house, front veranda and carport. The team was friendly, reliable and professional from quote to completion. Harley and Sons gave a 30 year warranty on all Colorbond materials and 10 year warranty on workmanship. A compliance certificate was also issued. I highly recommend.
