The whole process from quoting to measurement, invoicing and installation went very smoothly. Thank you to all involved and in particular to the site installation team of Jackson, Josh and Dylan who did a great job. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Rob, Andy, Cam & team fixed our roof leak by replacing the box gutter in a single day. When another leak developed during very heavy rainfall, Rob responded to our SOS very quickly and sent a team out to look that same day. They replaced some roof tiles whilst it was still raining, so that our leaks were plugged. Great customer service and quality work.

We have a 40 year old house in Werribee which was looking tired. The tile roof was cracked with lots of ponting missing. The facia was starting to rot and the gutters were old and neglected.We contacted Harley and Sona and were initially impressed that the person who came to do the quote came exactly to the scheduled appointment and was clear and honest with his apraisal. When we agreed all the gutters were done with new facias and downpipes all in colourbond and looks beautiful. Then we had them do the roof which wasn't just given a quick coat of paint. Daryl and Matt professionally rebuilt the roof to a high standard and then painted it with top quality paint. Thank you guys your workmanship is of the highest order well done. Mark Maloney

I have been very satisfied with the work done by Harley and Sons. I have contracted them on two occasions and have been pleased with their customer service and professional work.They came when they said they would and completed the work as scheduled. In addition, the work teams on each occasion have been cheerful, hard working and skilled. Their price is not the cheapest around but it is reasonable and given their strong customer service (office staff, quote and site managers, site staff) it is good value for $$ spent.

We found them to be punctual, friendly, reliable, professional, and hard-working, (even keeping on with the job over several 35+ degree days!!) The whole process - right through from contacting the office, organizing a quote, having our questions answered, discussing colour choices - through to the job being completed - was made as streamlined and stress-free as possible. Chose these guys due to their reviews on here. Not disappointed. Easy process from the start to finish, with calls from the office (i forget the mans name) to ensure i was kept up to date with details of the works. Took less time than originally indicated. Under promised and over delivered. Very happy with my newly painted roof. Highly recommend.

Harleys just finished the Colorbond replacement of the metal tile roof on our Edwardian house in Thornbury. A great job at a fair price. All Harleys people were pleasant and helpful - from Tom the director to the guys who did the actual roofing.No hesitation in recommending Harleys.

Dealing with Harley & Sons was very professional & timely.Assistance was provided in organizing the necessary scaffolding and disconnection of Electricity.When timetable was confirmed, the days were adhered to and efficiently completed. All parties involved were good at their skills and the results achieved were very satisfactory.The original quotations given were reasonable and correctly adhered to.Good advice was provided by all tradesmen and the result was that we are very happy with all the work done.

We are very pleased with the work that the team from Harley & Sons Roofing did in replacing our guttering, downpipes and putting facia covers over our existing facia boards. I cannot speak highly enough of Harley & Sons. They are a family business which obviously respects their customers. I am a single parent, who needed more time to organise my finances and arrangements in order to complete the roof. Kaylene and Andy were understanding and patient. They put my job on hold until I was ready to start. When they started, John, Andy and the team were the consumate professionals. Timely, organised, efficient, tidy, helpful and hard-working. Nothing was too much trouble. They even looked after my dogs for me, while they worked!!! I had a very run-down roof, which leaked. Now, no more buckets in my lounge room when it rains and I've got the best looking roof in the street. I'm so happy and pleased with the quality of workmanship and customer service from Harley & Sons. Thank you. I will recommend your company to everyone 😊✅👍🙏

Requested assistance for repair of my colorbond roof that had been poorly installed by a roofing company no longer in business. How refreshing to deal with Harley and Sons. Harleys did a full re-roofing job for us removing 70 year old concrete tiles and replacing with Colorbond, including gutters, downpipes and facias. They did an absolutely awesome job. Materials were delivered in the preceding week then they were done and dusted in three days. The roof, and the house, look fantastic. Could not recommend Harleys more highly.

After struggling to get the right tradesperson for my roof repairsI resorted to researching on the internet. From the very start, Harley & Sons were extremely professional, very prompt in quoting and their whole approach has been magnificent.I thought the young men who worked on my house were outstanding;very good at dealing with problems that arose, always communicating at every stage. Many neighbours observed at how well mannered and thoughtful they were and we are all delighted at the finished result. The best compliment I can give is that they are now working on other houses in the street.I wish everyone ran a business like this, and can only speak of this company in glowing terms. They deserve to be very successful and take great pride in doing a professional job. Well done!

From the time I contacted Harleys until the job was completed they were great. All staff members from Office ladies to the Tradesman were polite, punctual, hardworking and totally professional. Tom Harley kept me in the loop all the time and was always available to assist me The finished job totally exceeded our expectations. It looks great. Full tin roof replacement. I really had the feeling from the initial quote to the end of the job nothing was out of their scope. We had 5 out of 7 other roofing companies turn us down (including 1 commercial roofing company) saying the job is far too complex and large but these guys took to it with several ideas giving me full confidence. From the initial quotation, admin staff and tradesmen they were all very professional and easy to deal with. I even saw a few of them having a laugh and a wave with my curious 2 year old pressed up against our windows. They were always punctual and on time and always kept me in the loop. I felt they really took the time to understand what i wanted and expected from the job spending time at our place planning with me. I really got the feeling they wanted to leave the job with me feeling 110% satisfied and that i did. Highly recommend these guys as there attention to detail and workmenship is of a high standard. Will use them again if required. Cheers to Andy and his team!

From start to finish I was impressed with the service. They were prompt and there was no fuss. Nothing seemed too much for them. They explained everything to me and made suggestions that helped me chose the right colour for my gutters and fascias. I can highly recommend them. The Harley Boys provided a fabulous rapid response when sections of our roof blew off. A team of 5 came in the next day and WOW...finished in the same day. And the other 2 amazing features were they cleaned up and removed all the rubbish and provided all this with the best price we could find. Don't go anywhere else until you call the Harley Boys!

I hired Harley and Sons to restore my tiled roof and change a small colorbond roof on the extension on the back of my house. My tiled roof looks brand new I was actually shocked how good it came up. I had to wait about 4 weeks - we'll worth the wait!! The guys on site were great, very polite and was great to meet some of the harley boys!
