Metal Roofing & Guttering Workmanship
All metal roofing and guttering installations carried out by Harley & Sons are protected by our 6-year workmanship warranty. We guarantee the quality of our installation work.
Roof Restoration Membrane Warranty
Our premium 3-coat roof restoration membrane system won’t flake or peel. We back this with a 10-year membrane performance guarantee so you can be confident your restored roof stays protected.
General Roof Works Warranty
For tile repairs, re-bedding, re-pointing, valley irons and related roof works, we offer a 7-year workmanship warranty. This gives you peace of mind for roof repairs, pointing and replacement installs.
Materials Warranty
All materials used by Harley & Sons are of the highest quality and installed by qualified professionals. Our warranties and material standards are outlined below.
Downpipes
High-flow downpipes designed to reduce overflow and flooding, supported by a 20-year manufacturer’s material warranty.
Installation
All installations are completed by our full-time team and covered by a 6-year workmanship warranty.
Re-Bedding
Replacement of old bedding to secure ridge caps and improve roof integrity, backed by a 7-year workmanship warranty.
Valleys
Valley irons installed for watertight performance, covered by a 10-year manufacturer’s material warranty.
Flexi-Pointing
Flexible pointing compound designed to resist cracking, supported by a 10-year manufacturer’s material warranty.
Painting & Coatings
Protective membrane coating system that enhances durability and appearance, backed by a 10-year manufacturer’s material warranty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

What Is Not Covered
Our guarantee covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal conditions. Damage from severe weather, impacts, neglect, unauthorised repairs, and natural colour fading remain your responsibility.

Damage from storms, hail, fire, flooding, lightning or natural disasters.

Normal wear and tear (colour fade, surface blemishes).

Work or alterations by third parties not approved by Harley & Sons Roofing.

Damage caused by lack of maintenance, blocked gutters or external impact.

Loss of secondary items such as paint, coatings or decorative finishes.

Share your invoice or job details so we can quickly identify the work completed.
Site Inspection
We’ll inspect the affected area to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
Resolution
If covered, we’ll repair or rectify the issue in line with our warranty terms.
