Harley & Sons were great and very helpful throughout the process. They weren't the cheapest but felt they were more professional, and this turned out to be the case, from Shane who gave us the original quote, to Rachael in the office, and the guys who did the installation.Workmanship is of very high quality and we're very happy with the work.We did have a few issues with supply of materials, with some parts not turning up on the day, but that was on the part of the steel supplier and not Harley & Sons.

Fantastic Company! Cannot recommend highly enough! The whole process from start to finish was completely effortless, from the minute I contacted them and spoke with Jade in the office, having their representative Shane who came out within 2 days to provide a quote on the spot, to the supervisor Rich and the young fellas who turned up rain hail or shine to make sure my new roof AND gutters were all completed within 4 days! Even though the quote was just slightly more expensive than some of the other companies that had come out to quote the works, the professionalism was unmatched and the quality of the finished product is exceptional. To top it all off, they even gave me a Lifetime warranty for the new roof! Would not have a problem recommending them to anyone! Thankyou Harley & Sons team!

Very happy with this service.We had to ask Rachael at Harley to put the work on hold several times because the contractor we had engaged to do preparatory works was very unreliable and late.Rachael was extremely responsive, helpful and understanding every time I spoke to her.Once I gave the go ahead they were there within a couple of days.Again, I was particularly impressed by Matt who was very diligent and professional in doing the works and was prepared to listen to some of the problems we had with the previous guttering. He was happy to make changes to fix those problems.Would highly recommend this company

Couldn’t rate the Harley and Sons team high enough. Peter, Rachael and Nathan were all fantastic, extremely helpful, professional and polite to deal with.I did obtain a few quotes and although Harley and Sons was slightly higher, I went with them as they stood out from all the rest due to their professionalism, quality, standards and communication from the moment we spoke. Our lovely old home needed guttering and fascia to be updated, we engaged Harley and Sons Roofing (amongst others) to quote the job. Harley and Sons were terrific and stood out for arriving on time for the quote, providing really valuable information to help inform a decision and then the installation which was done beautifully and made such a difference to our home. The boys (Josh and Matt) were great and would answer any questions needed onsite and James via phone if we needed. Rachael from head office was wonderful always following up and sending text with information on what to expect.Overall a great experience and great quality workmanship! Highly recommended from our perspective!!

I ended up with Harley and sons because to put it simply they didn't mess me about, when some of the others did. Long story short, we needed a roof restoration and they turned this around in a few weeks. Now my husband says we need to paint the rest of the house and fix it up so it all looks brand new! Definitely worth the investment. 10/10 would use again, but hopefully not for years to come!

Harley and Sons came out today to quote on a roof restoration. I cannot comment on their quality of work, as after explaining the process and that our cement tile cannot be painted, they explained that completing a full restoration is not only currently unnecessary, but it's not possible to paint our roof.They spent a lot of time with me detailing what to look for in needing pointing replaced, and other bits, and also explained that a clean and maintenance would suffice for now, and that all being well, we have many years before needing their services.It's amazing that they were so patient in supplying this info and not interested in simply doing the work because I thought that we needed it!

from the start this has been such a professional job. The quote was very reasonable. Communication with us was first rate. Once the job was done, an independent review was done and a few small "fixes" had to be done before the job was signed off.I would give this company an 11/10 from start to finish. Its when things don't go to plan that the reputation of a business is truly exposed. My father had his colorbond garage roof replaced. There was a design issue that meant it was not just a simple replace. Things did not go as planned and had to do some follow up work twice to rectify . This is where many stumble in regards to care and customer service, not this company. They fixed the issue and communicated well . To me this is worthy as a 5 star as they were committed to solving and fixing with no stress and annoyance on my side . Thank you .

They were fantastic from start to finish.They did a wonderful job and definitely know their stuff when it comes to Roofing!, they supported us the whole way through, and pricing is very reasonable. I engaged Harley & Sons in June 2020, to High Pressure my roof, re-seal flashing and cappingI would highly recommend this company..
