Harley and Sons completed a renovation on our concrete tile roof last week. They were very professional and have done a great job. The roof looks terific. The office communication from Rob and Rachel is excellent, the young workers who completed the job were polite, efficient and really knew what they were doing. Our Gutter cleaning guy told us we had many broken tiles & the best people to call to replace & restore our roof was Harley & Sons. I gave them a call, got a free quote & saw pics of the many cracked & broken tiles. They sent a scaffolding team to set up, Sean & Wayne followed & they went to work & did a great job, all new tiles, re-beding & painted our roof a beautiful colour to match the accents in our brick. Need new gutters, I recommend Harley and Sons.Harley and Sons installed new Colorbond gutters around the house, front veranda and carport. The team was friendly, reliable and professional from quote to completion. Harley and Sons gave a 30 year warranty on all Colorbond materials and 10 year warranty on workmanship. After having some leaks inside our home I contacted Harley and Sons Roofing to give me an assessment on the state of the roof. They turned up punctually at the organised time and advised us that the roof was not able to be salvaged, as we imagined. We decided we wanted to go with terracotta tiles, after being given the option of Colourbond or tiles, as they suited the era of the house. Everything was made very easy and our time was booked in for the replacement of our roof. Every person along the process chain was amazing to deal with. We are absolutely delighted with the job that was done. With one ask they replaced the existing skylights. I could not recommend Harley and Sons Roofing highly enough. Having a new roof has given the house an amazing lift. Thank you so much everyone for making this such an enjoyable experience. Our overall experience with all Harley and Sons staff ranging from the initial on-site inspection, the processes of obtaining quotes included their suggestions for the complete roof renewal greatly improved the overall result can only best be described as “exceptional customer service”.A special mention must also be made with all the Office staff who promptly dealt with any queries that we had in a most efficient manner.All Harley staff that we dealt with were most courteous in their dealings and more importantly we felt that we were included in all aspects of the number of issues involved. We felt that they went the extra yard to ensure that their proposed work plans did suit us and did not interfere with our normal day to day personal requirements.We can only imagine that the logistics involved ranging from delivery of materials, erection of safety equipment, staff to undertake the various work tasks on nominated days would be a challenge, but to the Harley staff involved all aspects worked like clockwork.The onsite staff who undertook the physical work can also best be described as most courteous paying particular attention to keeping the site clean as far as practicable also ensuring that they kept us involved in their work plans for the day.Finally, we would have no hesitation in recommending Harley and SonsMonica & Hughie Gaynor

My experience with Harley and sons was very positive. From the outset, Peter who came out to quote for my new gutters and fascia’s was very informative, friendly and professional leaving me with a comprehensive folder regarding company background, products and colours on offer. Jordy and Callum that came out to do the job were also friendly, on time and worked hard. They left the site as clean as before they were there, they also did a job for me seperate to what they came for and did not charge me. Harley & Sons did our gutter replacement which also involved relocating one downpipe for current compliance and better water flow, and a tricky part where about 8 or 9 meters of gutter is shared between the house and carport/pergola.The quoting was done by Jono, who explained what was needed in detail, worked out a couple of our particular needs and then provided a fully detailed quote that listed everything we had discussed and agreed on.Elli project managed our job and communication was outstanding in keeping us posted with scheduling changes due to weather and other variables including me needing a couple of days after the old gutters came off to paint fascia boards and have one replaced due to rot that had been hidden by the old gutter. The cooperation this required was very well handled and Elli was accommodating, flexible and cheerful throughout.Scott who did the pre-job measure and the actual gutter replacement delivered better than promised and did the neatest job I have ever seen, including overcoming some unexpected problems on our carport gutter and flashing, worked very efficiently and quietly, and did proper site cleanup at the end. Outstanding.Everything about this job was excellent and I unhesitatingly recommend Harley & Sons for gutter replacement. On price, they were between a lesser and a higher quotes that we got. But their written quote was far more detailed than the others and we are delighted that we went with them. Gold star, definitely.

Approx 2 yrs ago the team replaced all our gutters & cleaned/glazed our terracotta roof as well as some specialty box gutters etc. Hands down they are the most professional, reliable tradesman I have ever come across. They made every effort to ensure we were happy with the final product and even did some small complementary work which needed fixing. The most impressive part of their service is their after care. We unfortunately had a small leak from a heavy down pour & despite being 2 yrs since installation were out here immediately to fix it. Well worth spending the money to go with this company. Well done to the team.

I was recommended Harley & Sons by someone who was very happy with their multiple-level full roof replacement. I had been looking for a roofing contractor that could restore tiles and/or install steel roofs on a double-story house. Previously the lower roof had leaked. After countless roof plumbers, 18 years later, it continued to leak causing electric shortages. I was done with the tiles on the lower leaking roof and was of the view to change the whole house to Colorbond. We ended up restoring the concrete tiles of the upper roof and replaced the lower roof tiles with Colorbond steel. The two roof textures look fantastic together. From the initial inquiry right through to the job sign-off the H&S team and contractors were professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. I was impressed by the honest assessment from H&S in that our upper roof-level tiles were in too good a condition to replace and to save my money. I was impressed by the overseeing of their trusted contractors of the project, all of whom were very nice to deal with and also did a terrific job. I recommended Harley & Sons. They have a family feel without lacking any professionalism. Thank you H & S. Our house was looking sad and neglected but looks amazing now.
