Harley & Sons did a fabulous job on my front roof. I changed from a titled roof to a Colourbond roof on my porch to solve a leaking issue. Ed and James kept me informed all the way. I thought their customer service was first class and all the trades people involved were all very professional. I would definitely use their services again. Thank you boys for all your hard work.

I dealt with Peter from Harley & Sons at the quoting stage of a roof replacement for my apartment building recently. Peter was extremely helpful, providing multiple quotes at different price points, in addition to answering numerous questions for me across multiple emails and phone calls. It was very much appreciated and contrasted with some other roofers who didn't exactly inspire confidence.

Engaged H&S to do a complete roof reno plus gutter/down pipe replacement - I have been so impressed - they are professional , considerate and above own the project from start to finish ( although I'm positive any aftercare will be handled in exactly the same mind set) The Team - Opps team Elli/Racheal - great support and communications always positive and friendly. The scaffolding team was outstanding , as was the roof plumbing team - they went that little extra to ensure the work and access - always keeping me updated on progress and activities . James who spent days on the roof was also a stand out - attn to detail was excellent . Jim was the project manager and would visit on a regular basis over the three weeks - again nothing was too much and he got stuck in to make the whole experience as best as it could be . My experience of H&S has been exceptional and would 100% recommend them

We required a complete new roof and had no prior experience with such issues. Harley & Sons sets the standard in professionalism, quality and customer service. Every interaction that we had with Harley & Sons from quote to handover was first class.We wanted our Colorbond roof and gutters replaced, insulation replaced and solar panels installed. Harley and Sons happily coordinated all three and it all went like clockwork. The Harley roofing team and all the other subcontractors were professional and respectful, my next door neighbor even commented on how polite and considerate everyone was, having needed occasional access to her property. In my mind this speaks volumes about Harley and Sons. Their customer service standards clearly extend to the subcontractors that they work with which is impressive.I spoke with a few of the roofing team over the course of the work and was impressed at how seriously they took their work and how proud they were about getting it right, mentioning finer details of what’s involved to do the job properly and why.The project management of the job was first class. We were always kept informed of progress. Huge call out to Chris and James who couldn’t have done a better job if they tried.The roofing and solar industries have their fair share of shady operators. Have no fear choosing Harley and Sons for anything you need for roofing and roof plumbing.We’ve built great rapport with the Harley and Sons Team over the course of our project, i have to say we will miss them now that it’s over. Very happy with tiled roof restoration from Harley and Sons. Clear communication from the office and some tricky safety rail/scaffolding issues, due to the height, tricky access and complex layout of our roof, were solved. This did mean mean some extra expense for scaffolding, however I will make sure that our next house roof has no gables, less height and easier access! Terry and Paul the roofing guys were excellent at explaining the job and its progress. As well as their obvious roofing skills, they kept the site clean and tidy. We appreciate too, Harley's solution to a part of our roof, where tiles had been running slightly short of the gutter since the house was build 40+ years ago. Looking forward to the restored roof lasting (and looking good) into the future!
