I chose this company because an Australian company and their reviews were very good and upon meeting all the stakeholders in the staff from the consultation process to the end of product was all positive. I’m very impressed with the finished product. It was delivered as promised as well as honesty and trust with the billing as there was an item that ended up did not need replacing and I was informed and my account adjusted I guess in today’s day and age I’m not sure is that rare,? they didn’t need to tell me I wouldn’t have known but I can say that’s not within their ethic whereas others I have dealt with, trades, mechanic’s etc, sometimes don’t have that ethic so very impressed. Highly recommended and will highly recommend to family and friends. Harley& Sons we’re awesome from the beginning with prompt quote and a price for a Full Roof Restoration which was supplied on the day by Dale, then Marsh as Project Manager advising on when job would start and about safety scaffolding installation to final inspection. Sean & Partner did a brilliant job on the actual work needed to restore the roof. We had to get the valley in our roof sealed as the builders had not sealed it properly and we had water stains in our ceiling. Daryl came out to inspect and quote and was very professional and prompt. Jamie was assigned to do the repair. He came a day early and completed the job. Both Daryl and Jamie were great to deal with. I had the pleasure of having Jordan install a new colorbond roofing on my mother's car shed and it has never looked better and more practical. The system they have is well developed, you can see the progress of milestone and what stage the company is at for your job, putting your mind at ease.We had a bit of an issue with body corporate due to redoing the roofing but Harley and Sons have dealt with these issues before, giving us guidance on how to navigate these issues.10/10 will recommend.

A really good company to deal with and we got a booking quickly. Efficient, trustworthy and a very reasonable price. Lachie was very helpful on the day clearing all gutters and drains, and doing a few little extras for us. He worked hard to get the bits growing at the top of several downpipes that previous owners had allowed to flourish! Good clean up afterwards. Photos of work done were very helpful so we could see the condition of the gutters etc.

Harley & Sons are the most professional and courteous company I have used in a long time.Their communication and attention to detail is second none. They continually kept me informed on when the tradies were going to arrive and even gave me a courtesy call if their tradie was delayed or sick on the day (one tradie even texted me early one morning to let me know that his young daughter was sick and he had to stay home to look after her - that level of communication is unheard of normally). The staff they employ are well presented, professional and very friendly, from the Project Manager to Office staff and beyond. At the completion of the work the Project Manager had a final inspection and arranged for some minor improvements to be done before closing off the job. I was extremely happy with the extra mile they went for customer satisfaction. I would certainly recommend them to others. Thank you for a job well done.

We’ve had such a good experience with the Harley crew for what was well overdue re-roof for a not so well done reno some years back - hence some random and irritating leaks. The site management and communications was right on the ball and the on-site crew always willing to explain the work stages. Technically the work is high quality and we know it will last. Most of all, the crew were very polite and considerate - so a welcome and somewhat refreshing experience for a tradie! We have a large house with a number of out buildings all needing to be cleaned after autumn and winter. I did it myself for too many years, up aladder with bucket and cold wet hands, and the danger so decided to try Harley and Sons. I explained what areas needed particular attention and none of it posed a problem for them. It was all done in a bit over 2 hours and very efficiently with the vacuum sucker and no mess. So I won't be doing it again myself thanks to Harley and Sons. 😊
